Fully remodeled two-bedroom upper unit in a quiet Thorp neighborhood.

502 West School Street, Thorp, Wisconsin, Unit B. This is an upper unit in a duplex offering two bedrooms, one bathroom, and approximately 575 square feet of living space. The unit is available immediately and showings may be scheduled right away. A 12-month lease is preferred.

This apartment has recently been completely updated from top to bottom, including new fixtures, fresh paint, new flooring, and updated appliances throughout.

Monthly rent is $895. The minimum security deposit is $895. A background and credit check is required for all adults age 18 and older, with a $35 fee per adult due once an application is tentatively approved. Gross monthly household income must equal at least three times the monthly rent.

Heating is provided by a combination of a gas heater and electric baseboard heat. There is no central air conditioning, and a window air conditioner would be required if desired. Electric service is separately metered and paid by the tenant. Gas service is separately metered and paid by the tenant. Water, sewer, and garbage service are paid by the landlord. Internet and cable service, if desired, are the tenant's responsibility.

The unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer. Appliances provided include a range-style stove, refrigerator, microwave hood, and dishwasher.

Off-street parking is available, with one space guaranteed and a possible second space depending on availability. There is adequate storage, including an additional storage closet located in the entry and stairwell area.

Lawn care and snow removal are handled by the tenant in the lower unit. The property also features a very large backyard that is available for use by both units.

One pet total may be considered, either one dog or one cat, with a monthly pet fee of $35. Certain breed restrictions apply. No smoking is allowed anywhere in the property.

This home is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood while still offering convenient access to Highway 29 for commuting.
