Location-wise, we’re about three miles south of Palencia and the Publix Shopping Center, and about eighteen minutes north of the shops in downtown St. Augustine. I live on-site and I’m looking for a like-minded individual who values optimism, tranquility, and a respectful home culture. We don’t do parties, but we’re upbeat and laid-back. No drugs, no drama.
