Included in your rent is trash. There is a washer and dryer in the basement of each building. 12-month leases start at $700.00 per month. There is a $30.00 application fee per person over 18, and the deposit is based off your background, but generally $300-$500.
Also included is community wifi. Residents also pay for their water based off of usage. This is paid with your rent every month and the cost for water and sewage is in addition to your rent.
We hope to start providing 1 gig internet to every unit in April of 2023 for $33 per unit.
You may choose to place a $200.00 deposit on an apartment to guarantee its availability. The $200.00 will go towards your move in expense.
West Colonial is conveniently located close to USI, Bristol Myers, University Shopping and the Mesker Park Zoo. Coming west on Lloyd Expressway, take the North Barker Exit. Stay on Barker thru the stop sign and then go left at the T on Mt. Vernon Ave.. Go to the top of the hill and turn right at the 4 way stop on Harmony Way. Go past Mater Dei High School and then take a left on Rodenberg and we are on your left.
