• Must be approved by the HOA (They’re friendly. Probably.)
Move-In - Breakdown:
• $1795 Security Deposit (Due immediately! Home is only held for you after deposit has been paid!)
• $1795 First month’s rent+ fees due (Due 10 days before move-in)
Proration applies to month #2.
• $100 Admin Fee - This fee will increase if you need to rush the move in, if you can't pay the fee at least 10 days prior to move in, or if you need to change your move in date after application is approved. This is because it means we have to ignore other clients and laser focus on your move.
Monthly Fees (in addition to rent):
• $50 Resident Benefit Package
— Includes the required renter’s insurance, as well as pest control, AC filters, and other magical adulting tools.
→ Bring your own qualifying insurance and the fee drops to $38.05
• $2 Transaction Fee (because nothing in life is free… except smiles)
• $50 for Water/Sewer
