LEASE TERMS:

- Renter's Insurance required, Proof of Renters Insurance (Insurance Declaration Page) with High Tide Properties listed as Additionally Insured. You must have a minimum of $100,000 tenant liability insurance. ALL Tenants must be listed on the policy.

-Residents must coordinate their schedules and book an elevator with the Manager at least one week in advance and submit a refundable five-hundred ($500) dollar security deposit. To ensure full return of your deposit, each resident will be accompanied by a member of the Pell Place Homeowners Association staff on a “pre” and “post” move inspection of the area to be

traveled during the move. Please make your check payable to “Pell Place Homeowners Association.”

2. Prior to any move or delivery with a moving company, residents shall provide management with a certificate of insurance for worker’s comp and liability insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 for the moving company, naming Pell Place Homeowners Association and Professional HOA Consultants, Inc. as additional insured
