The unit has a keyless entry, newer floors for easy cleaning, space to do raised beds out front, and a nice private yard. Separate shared laundry room in garage with items to borrow including; board games, sewing kit, iron, first aid, and more to come. Bike for borrowing available as well! Property is shared with two other tenants in completely separate spaces, huge hedge surrounds the property for very good privacy from neighbors. It is an older home so it's not perfect, but overall it is very comfortable is a well arranged space (I used to live there before moving in with my partner)! Other tenants on lot and I are queer and/or queer friendly =] I'm the homeowner and these are my only rentals so I am able to be very responsive (prior tenant references available on request).
