When submitting your application, you will need to provide three months’ worth of income in the form of bank statements or paystubs and a valid form of identification. All applications must have income verification attached and a valid identification to be accepted. If these things are not attached, we will not process the application.
Once your application is turned in, we will check your landlord references, review your employment, and verify that your income is roughly 2.5 times the amount of rent.
Qualified applicants will be contacted when property is available to be view. A driver’s license is required to check out a key at that time. Please make sure key is returned within one hour of checking it out.
