Deer Haven is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 3-level spacious home with a fenced yard.



Term: Minimum stay of 30 days (1 month). Longer stays are available. Flexible terms: Cancellations are honored with a 20-day notice after the first 30 days of a stay.

All utilities, including internet, are included. There is a monthly cap of $200 for electricity and $100 cap for water. There is a one-time cleaning fee of $450 which may be deducted from the deposit.

All applicants must show proof of legal and verifiable income.

Applicant must provide their two most recent pay stubs, and the employer will be contacted to verify employment.

All other sources of income must be verified. Ask manager about acceptable documentation.

Gross monthly income of combined applicants must be 2.5x rent. Debt ratio max is 50%.

No subleasing.

We do not count food stamps or unemployment. With roommates, income may be combined if applicants have verifiable shared rental or shared credit references of at least 1(one) year.

Credit history is evaluated by a third-party service and is reviewed for late payments, charge-offs, unpaid collections, bks, judgments and eviction records. Min credit score is 675.

No unpaid judgments, liens, taxes, child support, or open collections unless there are verifiable payment arrangement and on-time pay history of 12+ months.

No open bks.

No discharged bankruptcies within the past 24 months. If there is a discharged bk, there must be a min of 3 re-established lines of credit reflecting a perfect pay history for 18 months.

Current address on application must match credit report address.

We need at least three years of favorable rental history. Rental verification must come from the property owner or property management company. Relatives and friends cannot be considered landlord references.

No evictions within the past 7 years.

A criminal background and sex offender check will be run for each applicant.
