* Looking for clean, quiet, easy-going and responsible tenants who won't leave trail of mess! We do not clean for you so you need to be a respectful roommate and help out and keep common area clean and free of clutter
* Not a party place, mostly students/grads/young working professionals.
* No criminal/no pets/no smoking/no drugs - must pass background
* Deposit equal to 1 month rent and $199 of that is non refundable lease fee, rest refundable
* Need to have deposit and prorated rent to move in
* Lease goes to 7/31 every year - you can also do 6/30 or 5/30 but rent will be higher
* Terminate lease early - 2 options.
1) Pay 3x rent and buyout lease
2) Find qualified tenant approved by us and pay $500 transfer fee , you need to show, and they need application and new lease
