Tenant responsible for all utilities, garbage and basic yard maintenance.
Security deposit is equal to one months rent. Non-refundable application fee of $42 per applicant. Deposit and first month's rent due upon lease signing.
$100,000 liability renter's insurance policy required. No smoking on the premises.
