Living Room & Kitchen (Open-Concept Main Space)

The living room and kitchen share one large, open space with vaulted wood-plank ceilings and a lot of light. There’s clear separation between the kitchen, island seating, and living area, so the room works well with a full living setup while still leaving open walkways and usable floor space. The kitchen is fully custom and designed with storage lovers in mind. There are drawers everywhere—lower cabinets, hidden drawers, island drawers—making organization easy. The oversized island features a 5-burner flat induction cooktop, and deep drawers for pots, pans, and small appliances.

Along the back wall, a long countertop provides additional workspace and storage. A large

window was intentionally left unobstructed, making it a perfect spot for morning coffee, casual meals, or working on a laptop while taking in the view (including glimpses of Bell Rock).

Instead of a traditional built-in oven, the kitchen includes a large, high-capacity countertop oven. It comfortably fits a full chicken and most everyday cooking needs (just not a turkey), heats quickly, and can be moved if desired—something some people end up loving once they use it.

Sliding doors open toward the backyard, making this room especially serene during the warmer months when the landscaping is at its greenest.

The primary walk-in closet is moderate in size and can fit a lot of clothes and blankets. The

wooden floating shelves (matching those in the mudroom) provide extra space.
