-bdrm #2 has 2 twin beds w/new comfy premium mattresses, armoire, nightstand + additional storage, all basking in beautiful natural sunlight. Second twin bed can be stored up in attic if not needed to create more of an office in the 2nd bedroom.
If you prefer to put a bigger bed in this room, then both twin beds could be put up in attic & you could bring your own bigger bed in there. Or could put both twin beds in the attic and make this bedroom an office or den.
-2 additional air mattresses for extra guests are also available.

-short walk to the bay beach where the Somers Point Summer Concerts take place. Free concerts on the bay every Friday night during the summer.
-5 min drive to Ocean City & Longport beaches. Could ride bikes to the beach as well.
-walking distance to the OC bridge to go for a run or bike ride
-along the bike path which spans throughout several towns- great for exercise.
-walking distance to hospital, great for doctors & nurses
-tons to do in town, everything walkable: (library, museum, marinas to rent boats, great restaurants, etc).
-Ocean City boardwalk short drive (4 miles). Close to everything but away from the noise.
