Allston High-Value 2B1B Room looking for transfer lease
Ultra cost-effective apartment room available for transfer lease!
Available from Jan 1 to June 30, can renew the lease after June. This is transferring lease so there's no need to worry about the security deposit. I will cover the lease transfer fee, and rental insurance is already purchased.
Your future roommate is a quiet, easygoing young professional female. Preferably looking for someone who is a graduate student or young professionals; female and male are all accepted as long as you have stable income.
I spent a long time researching before choosing this apartment—its value for the price is incredibly high. The room is spacious with great natural light. The window overlooks a large lawn, with beautiful views in spring, summer, and fall. I've always loved working by the window (see photo 2).
The location is the center of the universe!
3-min walk to the 88 (hongkong) supermarket, 5-min to Star Market, 3-min to Harvard Ave.
10-min bike ride or 15-min Green Line ride to Boston University Central or Boston College.
Living here is super convenient even without a car!
The neighborhood is quiet—away from the loud UG party areas. The building is clean with no cockroaches or mice. Neighbors are friendly and help bring packages inside, so I've never had any packages go missing.
Heating and hot water are included. Cats and small pets are allowed, but no dogs. Kitchen has a gas stove.
I truly love this apartment, but I'm moving due to work. Hope to find someone who will enjoy this room as much as I did!
