Please note that Sec. 8 requirements may differ. Renter's Insurance Policy of $300,000 minimum liability is required on all properties.

* Tenants understand that if a property is equipped with any non-fixed inset appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave) these are there for their convenience only and no warranty is implied or given by the Owner.

* We do not collect a pre-screening application fee until it is time to check the credit report for each adult applicant. A $50 fee will be charged at that time.
