The shared downstairs space includes a fully equipped large kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, another bathroom, a family room with a 55-inch LG Smart TV, a full-size washer/dryer in the garage, and outdoor perks like a shaded patio with furniture, BBQ grill, garden, and fenced backyard. The backyard is shared with two long-term resident dogs, and no other pets are allowed.
*There’s a $250 monthly utility fee for additional person, with a maximum of two occupants in the room. The minimum lease term is 6 months, with higher rates for shorter stays. Smoking, vaping, and illegal drugs are prohibited. A security deposit is required at move-in, though some furnishings can be removed. To apply, send a brief profile with your desired move-in date and contact information. Applicants must have verifiable income, fair credit, good rental history, and no evictions or criminal record. If your credit score is 750 or higher and you meet the rental criteria, your security deposit may be reduced. Entire security deposit and first months rent required upon move-in.
