A few small furnishings can be removed upon request. Just bring your own linen and personal items. Photos show the Ikea bed as a California King converted to a twin for more space. The downstairs common areas include a large kitchen, hallway, living room, entryway, half bath, and backyard, thats shared with 2-3 other people. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s a full-size washer and dryer in the garage. Driveway parking available. Two long-term resident dogs live here, so you need to be comfortable around them. No other pets are allowed.
