The critical points to know ahead of time:

1. I own the home but I will be living in Texas for 90% of the time. My bedroom will remain off-limits.

2. Animal lovers only. I have 3, indoor-only cats, and they are non-negotiable. They are to continue having free rein of the house, with the exception of the bedrooms. They are sweet, lovable, extremely affectionate and get along with dogs.

3. The lease terms, deposit, and included options are negotiable.

4. The monthly rate will be based on your access needs, and will include options to lower your monthly rental rate in exchange for certain services (handyman services, pet care, etc.)

5. My belongings will remain in the house. Including furniture, personal items, kitchenware, etc. Personal items will be removed from the main living area and there is a basement where you can store the items you don’t want or need.
