Our rentals do not allow smoking inside. Pets must be approved and breed restrictions apply. $50/month for first pet and $25 for second pet.
Renters insurance is required and certain requirements must be met.
A 12 month lease must be signed, then once that lease expires, the lease will go month to month, unless a renewal lease option is offered.
There is a $40 non-refundable application fee per adult. The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent and is due once application is approved. The first full month’s rent is due by the lease beginning date.
