Welcome to 102 Branch Street! This four-unit apartment building is located in Carnegie, conveniently near bus lines, Route 79, downtown Pittsburgh, and Main Street's local shops and restaurants. Each unit features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, along with a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and refrigerator.

This particular unit has been freshly painted, a new dishwasher, and new flooring in the kitchen. Street parking is available.

**We allow small pets with a $450 non-refundable pet deposit and additional $30/month pet fee.

**Tenants are responsible for lawncare and snow removal.



Application information:

- All prospective tenants (18 or older) must complete an application and pay the application fee.

- A full credit and background check will be run on each applicant.

- A $40.00 application fee is required.

- The application fee is non-refundable!

Our required standards for qualifying to rent a home are:

- All properties are offered without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability or familial status.

- We limit the number of occupants to 2 per bedroom.

- Your gross monthly income must equal three times or more the monthly rent.

- You must have a favorable credit history.

- You must be employed and/or be able to furnish acceptable proof of the required income.

- You must have good housekeeping, payment, and maintenance references from all previous Landlords.

- Compensating factors can include additional requirements such as double deposit and/or a cosigner.

- Tenants are required to carry renter's insurance for the full term of the lease.
