Tenants are responsible for all utilities not included in rent: gas, electric, cable, satellite, internet, phone. Tenant is responsible for snow removal, grass cutting, tree triming and landscaping maintenance; 3 year lease preferred. All applicants are screened with a credit and criminal background check $20/applicant, proof of income and reference checks. Security Deposit equal to one month's rent is required at lease signing. First month's rent is due prior to move in and each 1st of the month thereafter. Renter's insurance is required. No pets preferred, but will be considered on an individual basis; subject to additional pet fees.
