RESIDENT BENEFIT PACKAGE:

All Principle Property Management residents have the choice to be enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $45.95/month which includes liability insurance, credit building to help boost the resident’s credit score with timely rent payments, up to $1M Identity Theft Protection, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), move-in concierge service making utility connection and home service setup a breeze during your move-in, our best-in-class resident rewards program, and much more! **DISCLOSURES**

Application Fee: $50 for all applicants 18 and older and cosigners

Deposit: minimum deposit of $1,350 and up to $2,700(depending on screening results, our screening criteria is available at principlepm.com)

Lease Term: 11 month lease (based on move in date)

Pet Policy: No Pets

Smoking Policy: Non-smoking unit

Upon approval, applicant is required to take possession of the unit within 2 weeks of the approval date OR the move-in ready date, whichever is last.
