My new home has completely been remodeled inside and everything is new. There is a large deck and larger fenced backyard. There is potential to save money on rent if both rooms become occupied. If a room is being rented for two people the rent will be $1000 per occupant. The power bill, water bill and garbage bill will be divided between myself and all renters each month. I will be upgrading my home as soon as I am able to. I plan to have solar installed to save myself and my renters money on power. Also if I am allowed to I will be looking into getting my own water well to save cost on water as well. I medically retired Marine and I have a great career that I have been in for over 25 years. I am really chill and very protective of anyone in my orbit. I will be installing security cameras. I love to cook, bake, BBQ, camo, hunt, and fish.
