• Landscaping services are provided in the front and rear of the home. The front of the home is handled by the HOA, the rear and side of the home are handled by the landscaper. All water usage associated with landscaping shall be the responsibility of the tenant.

• HOA pool and spa - these are serviced by the HOA and are not the responsibility of the tenant

APPROVAL REQUIREMENTS:

Qualified applicants must:

• Maintain good to excellent credit (recommended credit score of 680+)

• Earn three times the monthly rent

• Supply current verifiable income

• Complete an application if over the age of 18

• Qualify individually - co-signers will not be considered

• Property is fully furnished-inventory to be provided with the lease

• 3, 6, 8, 10 month lease will be accepted.
