The master bedroom is available for you and it's closer to the bathroom for a little extra privacy. Also, It'll be a month-to-month lease, but I'm looking for someone who is planning to stay long term.

Ideally, I'd like my roommate to be fairly clean and isn't afraid to use the vacuum, mop or clean the countertops and wash their own dishes. I'm open to male or female roomies, it doesn't matter to me as long as you're respectful. Ideally, I'd like someone here who is of similar age: 30.

A little about me: I'm an engineer and own my own small business, so during the summer I'm rarely at the house, but during the winter I'm home a lot more. I like everything about the outdoors; fly fishing, hiking, off roading. It'd be cool to have a roommate interested in the same activities.
