- BREED RESTRICTIONS: For the safety and comfort of everyone, we do not allow breeds considered aggressive. This includes, but is not limited to, Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, and German Shepherds. Please contact us if you have questions.

- CREDIT: A credit score of 615 or greater.
- RENTAL HISTORY: No recent judgments or evictions for non-payment of rent and a positive rental history.
- CRIMINAL HISTORY: A background check will be conducted. Convictions for certain felonies or misdemeanors that could pose a threat to the safety of the property or other residents may result in denial.
