Huge July 1st three bedroom apartment with multiple common rooms and easy access to the red line - This modern large 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom situated in the center of Andersonville provides the perfect balance between space and price. Bay windows accent the separate living and dining rooms with hardwood floors throughout the ample living space and two bedrooms. Amenities include a dishwasher, on-site laundry and potential parking for additional rent.

With Clark street only a two blocks away; tenants can enjoy the unique and fun experiences Andersonville offers with its exceptional array of shops, restaurants, nightlife and more but the rest of the city is only a train away with the Bryn Mawr Red Line station within walking distance.

The building does have parking that may be available for additional rent.

Please note: the stated Application Fee is $195.00 per person, for each person 18 years and older applying to reside in the apartment. The Application Fee is comprised of $45.00 Credit Check Fee [non-refundable] and a $150.00 down payment that removes the apartment from the market for your party. If you are approved, this down payment will be applied towards your One-Time Non-Refundable Administration Fee. If you are not approved for the apartment, you will receive a refund of $150.00 per person, to each person that applied. If you change your mind after applying for the apartment and do not wish to continue with the application process for the apartment, the $150.00 down payment will be forfeited and will not be refunded to you.

Finally, an apartment will only be removed from the market once an application a $195.00 payment is received from each person, 18 years and older, who will be residing in the apartment. Or for all persons, when not living applying with parent/guardian.

The apartment has an occupancy limit of no more than three adults (18 years of age or older). Minors living with their parents/guardians are exempt from this limit. However, a total person capacity will be enforced based on Chicago City Code. Minors living without their parents/guardians will be considered as occupants, and will be counted towards this limit.

Security deposit $ none

The apartment lease will include a one-time non-refundable Administration Fee of $300.00 per person on the lease of 18 years of age or older. Occupants under the age of 18 and will be residing with their parents/guardians, are exempt from the Administration fee.

All cosigners will require a one-time non-refundable Administration Fee of $100 per cosigner.

A regular non-refundable Pet Fee of $150.00 per pet (if applicable) will be charged with each new lease and new lease extension.

No dogs under any circumstances.
