-> Rental history: Minimum of two years favorable rental history that is verifiable through landlord or property management or two years favorable ownership history. Negative rental history or open balances to former landlords may result in denial of application.
Credit: Minimum of one credit line in good standing for 2+ years and minimum credit score of 620.
Once approved, you will be asked to place your security deposit within 48hrs to hold the property for move in within 7 days of the home being available for move in.
