- Living room and dining room with built-ins
- Kitchen with dining nook
- Basement with w/d hookups, room for workshop and storage
- Central heat (gas)
- Pet policy: Dogs ok; 2 max; under 25lbs
- Landscaping: Tenant responsible for all landscaping
- Utilities: Tenant responsible for all utilities
- Smoking policy: No smoking anywhere on property
