Application, Lease Terms, And Fees :

* Application Fee: Non-Refundable $60/adult (all occupants 18+ need to submit an application)

* Application Processing: First Come First Served once ALL parties in applicant group have sumbitted ALL required information. Typically 2-3 business days processing time once all information received.

* Lease Length: 1 year

* Renter's Insurance: Tenants must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $300K liability

Rental Criteria Summary :

* We look for favorable credit history, sufficient income, good references, and the ability to move-in within 14 days of applying.

* If approved, we require one full month's rent, plus security deposit to move in
