Room is 130sqft (including closet), separate from other bedrooms, with access to: Updated kitchen, living room with giant tv, yard and lanai with lake view. Shares driveway and updated bathroom with one other roomie. Near Waterford lakes, Publix 1.8 miles away, Walmart neighborhood market 2.6 miles away. This is a clean, neat, respectful, shoes-off kind of place. I teach meditation and am a certified yoga instructor and my house has been described as feeling like a meditation retreat. Think of this as your sanctuary from the world, it certainly is mine. That being said, I'm realistic about having roommates, so don't feel you have to hide out in your room, unless that's just how you roll. I'm not expecting you to be exactly like me...just don't be shitty. ;-) Rent to income should be less than 50%, decent credit score, and background check required. No remote workers please, I need the house during the day for recording narrations, music and other stuff.
