Located at 415 ash street unit number 2, you will find a upper 3 bedroom unit. This unit does have a living and dining room. Monthly rent is set at $800. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric. Additionally, the owner will pay $200 towards the water, sewer, and trash quarterly bill. Anything past that point will be billed back to the tenant.
