This listing is for a private, furnished bedroom (month-to-month sublet) in a shared fully-furnished home (primary tenant lives in the upstairs loft, which is not a shared space).
This private furnished, ~100 square-foot bedroom room boasts solid oak queen sleigh bed with matching, 3-drawer intricately-carved armoire, closet (with hangers and a hamper), nightstand (with lamp), blackout curtains, in-room thermostat with electric baseboard heater, and a 42-inch TV with Roku stick and more than a dozen FTA channels via antennae. Adorning the walls of this cozy room are original oil paintings of local, Olympic Peninsula scenery.
The rest of the house is shared space with primary tenant, but well apportioned with the following:
- Full bathroom with claw tub and shower.
- Fully furnished kitchen with oven, full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, air frier, and full compliment of utensils, pots/pans, and other assorted crockery for cooking/eating meals. Both cupboard and fridge/freezer space will be allotted.
- Dining room with 6-chair dining table and more original oil paintings.
- Living room with ample seating (round sectional sofa, loveseat, and other chairs). Decorated with array of artistic travel-related puzzles along the east wall and Lighthouse related maps and items on the west. Other living room amenities include Google Home Mini device for control of lighting and for music via Spotify as well as a chess board and other boardgames (on bottom shelf of display case in the corner).
- Covered deck off of the kitchen and large front porch, both with somewhat distant views of Ediz Hook, the Straight of Juan de Fuca (Salish Sea), and Victoria, Canada.
- There is also a clothes washer and drier in the unfinished basement/cellar (entry from outside and down the external stairs). Storage space is available in this basement as well.
Utilities (electricity, water, and trash/sewer) are included, as is the 500+ Mbps, fiber internet/Wi-Fi. Reserved parking space in the alley is included.
