We have rented to working professionals, American, non-US citizens, graduate students, and undergraduate students for several years.
Rent is paid monthly, with a 12-month term lease; 2.5 months' notice is required for renewals/terminations. We will perform a Credit/ Cori check. References, required from former Landlords and or your current employer. First month's and last month's rent, plus a half month's rent for a security deposit (no realtor fee), is required before move-in.
