3 Bedroom 1 Bathroom House In Kelso With Great Amenities

Hi there! I’m renting a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house in Kelso, WA. We completely remodeled the interior of the house, everything! New inlet plumbing, new shower, new luxury vinyl flooring. There are two parking spots out front, one large gravel spot that could fit a large vehicle and a driveway next to it. We added a brand new fence around the backyard and two large dog doors, dogs welcome! The bathroom has a new 3 option rain shower and spa bath. There is a new electronic fireplace in the living room, complete with heating. The backyard is very large (see video) On top of the three bedrooms, there is a large garage. I am looking for a tenant with a solid rental history who’d like to stay long term (two years or more). I’m willing to work with vouchered or section 8 tenants. My main concerns are getting tenants who won’t smoke in the house. Both the front and back door have keypad locks, no losing keys! Rent is $2000/month with a $2000 deposit. Pets are accepted on a case by case basis, no breed restrictions I just want to make sure pets are manageable and won’t bother the neighbors. Laundry hookups in the garage.
