Be the first to live in this brand new townhouse in a brand new community just minutes from the heart of Etown. A 5 minute drive to 283 offers easy access for commuting to Lancaster, Hershey or Harrisburg. The first floor includes spacious 9 foot ceilings, quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and a powder room. There is luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the first and second floors. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an open loft area and a laundry closet. The primary suite offers an attached bathroom and a large walk in closet. No need to worry about bringing groceries in when the weather is bad, as youll have a rear loading garage to park in, plus a driveway for additional vehicles. There is no shortage of storage space with a kitchen pantry and plenty of closets throughout plus an unfinished basement. Youll enjoy cool central air and efficient gas heat as well as ceiling fans in each room to keep those energy costs down. Refrigerator, washer and dryer all included. Mowing and landscape maintenance is covered by the HOA.

Pets welcome with $1000 refundable pet deposit (this is total-not per pet) and NO monthly pet rent. HOA sets a maximum of 4 pets. Our insurance prohibits an animal that has ever attacked or bitten someone. No smoking.

Owner pays sewer, trash/recycling and HOA fee which covers mowing and landscape maintenance as well as some snow removal. Resident pays all other utilities: water (resident will reimburse owner for water usage), gas (heat) and electric. Snow removal from driveway, front porch and back walkway is the responsibility of the resident. HOA removes all other snow.

Monthly income must be 2.5 times the rent, minimum credit score of 650. No prior evictions and no prior felonies. You will pay rent online. 1st months rent and 1 month security deposit (plus pet deposit, if applicable) due at lease signing. Proof of renters insurance required, which can be purchased from your insurance company. Anyone age 18 and over living in the home must sign the lease. Everyone signing the lease must complete the application process. This home is not Section 8 approved. Background check and credit report required with the application.
