For an additional $25 rent a washer/dryer can be provided. Five minutes outside of East Aberdeen in Central Park. Close to public transport. Nearby convenience stores. Typical viewing time: 10-12, 2:30-4 except Thursday AM.

Rent includes water, sewer, and garbage. Small pets under 20 lbs. $30 pet rent per pet.

Additional deposit is required if you: 1. Have no rental references. 2. Have unpaid collections, other than medical. 3. Have a discharged bankruptcy. 4. Have a credit score below 680.

You will be declined if: 1. You have had an eviction. 2. You have an adverse report from a previous landlord. 3. You have an open bankruptcy. 4. You have a credit score below 600.

Criminal Convictions for any potential occupant may be grounds for denial after an appropriate inquiry. All applicants 18 or over must complete an application in full regardless of status in the family. Fee as of April 2025: Credit, criminal and residential history $53.00.
