The bedroom on the main level is furnished with a queen-size bed. The upstairs bedroom has a private, full bath and is furnished with a queen-size bed. Pets negotiable with owner approval. Upon pet approval and move-in, all pets must be on a leash at all times if outside of the unit. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.
