We offer two site sizes to accommodate different rig sizes and space needs:
60' RV Sites – $625.00/month
$625.00 refundable security deposit
Average 45' RV Sites – $595.00/month
$595.00 refundable security deposit
⚠️ Additional Deposit: We reserve the right to require an additional deposit depending on the overall health of your application (credit, background, rental history, etc.).
Application Requirements
To maintain a safe and respectful community for all residents:
Each adult (18+) in the household must complete a separate application
Background and reference checks may be conducted
All applicants must agree to follow park rules and quiet hours
On-Site Amenities
Enjoy access to a range of practical and family-friendly amenities:
✅ Full hookups (30/50 amp power, water, sewer)
✅ Clean on-site showers and restrooms
✅ Laundry facilities
✅ Pet-friendly areas
