LEASE DETAILS:

- Pets: 2 pets maximum with 35 lb weight limit. Pet rent of $50/month per pet applies. Pets must be spayed or neutered. Pets must be at least 1 year or older. A pet agreement must be signed prior to pets living on site.

- Utilities: Gas, water, electricity, internet, and Wi-Fi, all included!

- Parking: 1 secure garage space with EV charger. Prospective tenants must do their due diligence to ensure their vehicle(s) fits in the parking space(s) with no obstructions to other residents, parked vehicles, or the flow of traffic. Refer to parking agreement for complete terms.

- No smoking on the premises.

- Renters insurance required.

- Must abide by HOA rules and regulations. There is a $500 move in fee + $200 orientation fee assessed by the HOA that must be paid by the tenant. It is possible that the $500 HOA move in fee can be waived if tenants are not using a moving truck, reserving the elevators, or moving furniture. The decision to waive the move in fee is up to the discretion of the HOA. The orientation is mandatory for all residents.
