I am renting a fully furnished Room in my 2Br 2BA condo. The rent includes all utilities, including high speed internet. The room is 250sqft with nice size windows, carpet flooring and built in closet. The room is move in ready and it is fully furnished with a very comfortable Queen size bed, a nightstand, a lamp, a dresser and a shoe rack. There is a separate bath that is not private but also fully furnished, and the condo does have a washer and dryer on suit. Parking is not available in the building but there are plenty of public/Private and street parking right outside of the building. I am looking for a clean professional male/female to rent the room.
