NON-REFUNDABLE $40 Application fee per adult (18+); ALL adults must apply.
• Minimum 2 years of Rental History
• Credit(620+)/Background Screening
• TWO MONTHS proof of income
• Valid Identification – Driver License/ID
• Household must make a minimum of 3 times the rent
• NO EVICTIONS
• Must take possession of property within 2 weeks of approval
• Must have all required documents within 48 hours of applying,
• ALL adult members in the household must have applied to have application processed. Otherwise application will be deemed incomplete and will be cancelled.
• Pets welcomed with Pet Deposit (required) and $35.00 Pet Rent (flat rate) per month.

•Refrigerator not provided
