Mother-in-law Suite for lease

We have a Mother-in-law suite, in Royse City, that is available for lease. It is completely separate from our main house and connects only through a garage. It does have its own private entrance and we have plenty of parking. The pictures shown are when it was rented as an eyelash studio but has since been rented and furniture has changed. The space is approximately 985 square feet and it comes furnished. All you’d need is your bed. It does have a kitchen area and full size bathroom. It is one large and open room/living space, similar to an efficiency style apartment. There is even a washer/dryer hookup, however you can use our laundry facilities. The person who rents this space must love animals as we own and operate a small nonprofit animal welfare organization. Animals/pets are allowed for an additional deposit and if a dog or cat, must be fully vetted and proof must be submitted. Cats must be indoor only. Rent is $1200 a month and includes all utilities and wifi. Security Deposit is the same amount. $50 application fee, background check required.
