Applicant must furnish documents to confirm actual recent addresses, such as lease copies, utility bills, etc. Any evictions before the three year period may also be considered. A high credit score is not required, but no recent evictions are allowed. Can accept some criminal history, but no recent drug or violence offenses are allowed.
Residents pay their own utilities, including water with SAWS and electricity/trash with CPS Energy. Near bus line 28 (about 1/2 block).
Income must be close to $2,500 mo. and steady and be verifiable with some type of official earnings statements. Can accept a somewhat lower income amount if from Social Security or retirement. If income is from a job, its generally necessary to have been on that same job a year or longer.
