The Bluestone Real Estate Services team has managed residential and commercial property and community associations throughout the Willamette Valley, Oregon Coast and SW Washington areas since 1972. We strive to build long-term relationships with our property owners and tenants. We begin by listening to them. Then, we develop a management plan that coincides with the owner's investment goals.

Our constant tenant communication helps us identify issues such as roof leaks and security issues that a visual inspection might miss.
