Leasing Information:
• Application fee: $40 nonrefundable per adult living in the apartment.
• Holding deposit is $210 ($200 is refundable on move in and is applied towards your move in costs)
• Deposit: $500 on approved credit.
• Utilities are RUBS which covers water, sewer, solid waste, electricity, gas, and trash
which is billed based on usage. All utilities will be on your portal.
• Insurance waiver required: $15 through us or upload of policy required prior to move
in.
• Internet will be in your own name and set up through service provider.
• Pet-friendly: $50 per dog and $24 for cats per month. No Deposit. ESA animals are
welcome, but a doctor's note from a WA doctor is required.
• Lease Terms: 6-12 months.
• On-site Parking: $150 per month per spot.
Application Requirements:
• 650 minimum credit score
• Income must be 3 X the monthly rent with either 3 months of paystubs or a job offer
letter that is dated with number of hours to be worked and pay amount.
• Positive rental history
• Cosigners are welcome. Requirements are 5 X the rent in income and above a 650
credit score. Cosigners will apply once the main tenant has completed their
application.
