Furnished one bed loft w/ all utilities included Oct - May Rental

We currently have a loft which was built two years ago and has only had one tenant. The unit is located on the first floor and there is no one above the unit so it is very quiet. We are advertising a one bedroom unit although this is a two bed unit. The owner is going to store his things in the second bedroom while he is out of the country. This apartment has a private courtyard, new kitchen and bathroom with stainless appliances, washer/dryer, granite counters and comes partially furnished. The owner is going to leave his bed, couch, some basic dishware, some rugs, tvs and a few other items. It is conveniently located just off of North Main St and there are a ton of dining options and easy highway access to route 95. At the other end of the street is the middle of the East Side of providence and Blackstone Blvd. This unit is only available from October until May 31. For more information give us a call.
