Looking for a roommate to rent the upstairs master bedroom in my home in St. Helens. Rent is $800 per month, plus 1/3 of all household utilities and there is a $400 refundable deposit. Month to month lease with potential for longer. No additional pets. Available now.
What’s included: 250 sq ft bedroom plus large private attached bathroom, walk-in closet and one driveway parking spot. Shared kitchen, laundry and common areas. Full use of shared cookware, spices, two refrigerator/freezers. Covered patio and backyard with two seating areas.
Who you’d live with: Myself 43 yr old female, my 9 year old son who lives here half the time and our very sweet dog. We are a very quiet household who lives a pretty healthy and natural lifestyle. I work from home and have a lot of projects planned for the house so I’m home a lot, but hope to also be away at least a couple evenings a week. My dog is very friendly with people, but not always great with other animals.
Room is not furnished, but I will include some pictures of prior furniture for scale. Must pass a background check and be a reasonably good fit. I’m open to male or female, single occupant preferred.
