- Garbage/Recycling: Billed back to resident at cost
- Water/Sewer, Natural Gas, Electric: Tenant Responsibility
- Landscape maintenance: Tenant responsibility
- Parking: Off street: Garage and carport, On-street
- No Central A/C (primary bedroom has a through-the-wall A/C unit)
- Renter's Liability Insurance in the amount of $100,000 required
- No smoking allowed on premises
- Move-in availability: Lease is required to begin within two weeks (14 days) of application approval
- Accessible Unit: No
