The spacious living area is drenched in natural light that warms you through your energy efficient vinyl windows (that you will have throughout the home)!
Your kitchen with it's ample cabinets and gas stove also has a quaint breakfast nook!
And believe it or not, we have found a way to put washer and dryer hook-ups in the cottage for you! BONUS! No more trips to the laundromat or reaching into the deep, dark depths of your couch in search for quarters!
The bedroom is also pretty spacious to suit all your needs. the bathroom is snug with a corner shower stall with a thoughtfully high shower head.
We are also very pet friendly with no size or breed restrictions! We do have a two pet limit and with no vicious animals that want to eat us or your neighbors. Additional deposit of $300 required.
Off street parking means you always have your spot! No fighting for parking!
Close to downtown, shopping, dining, public transportation, parks, entertainment and so much more!
$40.00 application fee per adult
Rental Criteria:
2 years good, verifiable rental history; No evictions in 5 years; No money owed to past landlords.
Must make at least 3x unit rent in income(before taxes).
No Felonies in the last 5 years. If any prior to 5 years, nothing since then.
