It has a new washer and dryer, new air conditioning unit, new stove and refrigerator. The floors are very nicely refinished hardwood throughout. It's available soon. Many years ago the house was possibly a house of ill repute after serving as a church parsonage. I have been able to establish through old-timey police officers that it definitely was a "liquor house". It had a piccolo record machine and a hidden false bottom floor to hide the liquor when they were raided (still intact). Some of the interior door and window frames are natural pine refinished with teak oil (beautiful). It was a very popular drop in for UNC students and town folks before you could buy liquor in this county. There is no extra charge for its ancient checkered past. NO Pets
